I am both extremely excited and honored to feature
my FIRST OFFICIAL BLOG! … just in time for the “true” new year (known to start
between the last week of spring and/or early part of summer) of 2012. I, SPIRIT BUTTERFLY, am known throughout the
nation for my creative expressions with my hands of intricate hair art, yet,
few know of my sacred writings…until now…
I
was very fortunate to be a part of The World Natural Hair Show in Atlanta,
Georgia on April 28-29, 2012. My first encounter along this “natural” path led
me to 4NATURALS PRODUCTS (www.4natural.com). Their spokeswoman was very helpful and knowledgeable in relations to
natural products for women with wavy, curly, and kinky hair. I was exceptional
pleased with the free gifts that came along with my wholesale purchases!

The
next encounter I embarked upon was the wonderful makers of ZURESH PRODUCTS (www.zuresh.com).
Their “…Natural Products for Hair and
Body” can be purchased online and at selected salons throughout the
country. I especially loved their retailer here in Atlanta, Yakini Horn, who
have such a beautiful personality…much love to you sis!

The World Natural Hair
Show brought some of the world’s leading top natural hair products, salons, and
artists here to Atlanta. I was more than
honored to be along-side great Nubian entrepreneurs, who, like myself,
propagate natural beauty and its’ wants in totality. As I interacted with both sellers and
consumers of this miraculous event, I started to sense a “common under-tone”,
if you will, where capitalism and the quantity being sold were more profitable
than black seed oil health advantages alone. One could not help but see
stagnation, witness the “DIVA” attitudes amongst the “highly-spiritual” female
attendants and the… are you ready? … feel
the all too common phrase oozing off the typical “pro-black” individual: I AM SO SPIRITUAL AND EXTRA BLACK THAT MY BODY
IS NO MORE EARTHLY GOOD AND THERE ARE NO MORE WHITE PEOPLE IN ALL OF MY HULLICINATIONS… type of
individuals.
Yes, I love to see my
beautiful people in their natural state buying, selling, trading, and
intellectually sharing amongst each other. Yet, as I look deeply within the
interactions, it seems as if everyone is frantically waiting for something…
With all the
“Big Time Natural Hair Stylists” and “Black Power Movers and Shakers” here in
Atlanta, why do so many know about so little when it comes to the link between
SPIRITUALITY and “true” NATURALISM? Why are the Asians and East Indians at the
pinnacle of the black hair care market? Why do multi-million dollar
corporations have Yellow 5 in their “natural beauty products?” And lastly (yet definitely not the least),
why do everyone wants to be the chief, yet no one has a successful BLUEPRINT to
our true freedom… mentally, spiritually, and economically as a people?
These questions
allowed my mind to travel deep down, within, throughout, and amongst the
ETHERS. My DNA CELLS charged my whole
LIGHT BEING, in return, collected date from the SUN, in which transferred into
the perfect story entitled: THE PERFECT
CAR.
THE PERFECT CAR may seem cliché, yet one with an
open mind, deep intellect, and a high vibrating consciousness will fully grasp
and decipher the meaning and symbolisms within and throughout this sacred text…
A 2013 fully equipped all BLACK LAMBORGHINI Aventador LP 700-4 with BLACK
leather seating, BLACK interior, BLACK tinted windows, and BLACK custom high-profile rims. This
“perfect car” has a 6.5L V12 700HP engine, 48 VALVES, and a 7-SPEED automatic
transmission! With all of the latest
equipment money has to offer, you are eager to race this toy in the hot
scorching summer desert of Arizona. As
you press the button to automatically lift the driver side door, you notice
something completely odd… there are NO TIRES ON THE CAR! Where would this particular vehicle travel to
without any tires? So, with this in
mind, you purchase the best: Alloy wheels, front 19-In. x 9-In. and rear 20-In.
x 12-In.
So now you have
the engine, transmission, and high performance tires. The only thing you have
to worry about now is the operating system of this LAMBO. As the driver side
door opened, the satellite which controls the Aventador system cracked! (powerful device!)… You immediately
update all electronic devices, and even obtained a set of new keys flown to you
via the dealership.
At last! You are
now ready to start this “perfect car” and take off! Approximately 35 seconds into this LAMBO
flight, the battery wears out and the car shuts off. With only one phone call, you have the top of
the line battery sent to you from the other side of the country in a matter of
45 minutes! You take off once more, knowing that you are well on your way into
the Arizona sunset, yet… 4 minutes into your voyage, the PERFECTLY NEW timing
belt pops, and there goes your ride… again!
HERE’S MY POINT…
The “perfect car” as a whole represents the great ideas, visions, goals, and
gifts that we as a people posses and share. Each specially made part of the car
represents the great leaders and creators of our society. Yet, like each part
of the Aventador, there can be
flaws. You can have the most creative,
wisest, noblest, most spiritual people around you… yet with ego, no one can sincerely come together, only for
superficial gains, and the surface always changes and/or withers away… WE NEED
TRUE SUBSTANCE.
You can be the
“best of the best” in your line of service, yet a competitive mindset may blind you of universal laws, which
in turn, causes confusion, guilt, and ignorance. They can profess greatness, yet in actuality,
they are useless, just like “The Perfect Car.” You can have the most
“expensive” engine imported from halfway across the world under your hood, yet
if you do not have a transmission, where can you go in your “perfect” new ride?...
no where! Failure to work in harmony, honor, respect, and (most importantly)
LOVE with your fellow neighbor regardless of status quo’s and jealousies, can
result in a lot of talk with no action, procrastination, instabilities within
structures… and.. like the “Perfect
Car,” have many high performance parts, yet one missing device can cause the
whole group to go… nowhere.
I sense the
solution may be quite simple, if done with diligence and sincerity. Every
contact made with each and every “human being” (if you will) can be stripped of
all status quos, paper licenses and certificates, MAC make-up, Remi Brazilian
weaves, #47 case of eyelashes, insecurities, doubts, fears, worries,
jealousies, and say “TAKE ME AS I AM OR HAVE NOTHING AT ALL!” If they realize the GREAT, CREATIVE,
INTELLIGENT, LOVING PRESENCE within themselves, and realize the same in one another
in ALL dealings, I can suspect that people may deal with each more nobly,
keeping the common goal ENERGIZED as a focal point until instant manifestation.
TRUE SELF LOVE
IS THE KEY, and it is true self love that can truly love someone else, a
product, a vision, or a dream. Until we TRULY love ourselves, we will continue
to hide behind status quos, 2 feet locks for show, name-branded weaves, and unnaturally “natural straightening
chemicals!”
With TRUE LOVE
come productivity, ingenuity, greatness, peace, and inner happiness. I AM OPEN
FOR TRUE LOVE! …Maybe my people will ALL someday soon wake COMPLETELY up. Until
then, we can go around shouting “peace my sista’,” “I am GOD in the physical
manifestation of a BLACK MAN”, and “hotep my queen!” At least we are utilizing
THE LAW OF REPETITION: anything repeated over and over for a period of time
imprints itself upon the subconscious mind, or, becomes believable! We say
these quotes innumerable times superficially to one another, hopefully we can
start to believe it…
